• Wholesale Account Setup is FREE. At no time will you be charged for your account.
  
• We have NO Minimum $ amount on orders thru our website.
• There is a $100 minimum if you call in your order.
  Most of our items have NO Minimum Qty's however a few of our small inexpensive items require you to purchase a minimum of $10.00 per item.
  
• We DROP SHIP 80% of our items. There is a flat $1.00 fee for drop shipping in the U.S.
  
• All items listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship without any delays. Unless noted on the item status.
  
• We stand behind every item we sell. You have a 21 days exchange guarantee.
  
• We do not charge extra shipping. Our shipping rates are actual Freight Carrier rates + Insurance and Delivery Confirmation w/Signature fees.
  
• We ship from 2 warehouses to better serve our customers. Our main warehouse is in Memphis, TN 38122
  
• Our discounts are based on the following 3 structures. The great thing about these discounts is that they can be  combined to calculate your final discount per order. So you save a lot more than what you would from our competitors.

1. Qty Discount per item.

Qty discounts of each item are shown on our site.

2. Total $ amount of order.

Orders over $250 receive a 3% discount
Orders over $500 receive a 5% discount
Orders over $1000 receive a 10% discount

Discounts are issued in the form of coupons for future purchases. If you place an order today for $1000. You will receive an online coupon code for $100 which you can use at time of checkout, the next time you place an order.

Above Discounts are for Regular Wholesale Customer Accounts. If you have a "Bulk Buy Account" with us, then you are already receiving discounted prices regardless of your order total.

3. Your Account Level Discount.

Based on the patterns of your orders an "Account Level Discount" or "Bulk Buy Account" is automatically assigned by your sales rep and updated every 30 days to assure you receive the lowest price as our valued customer.
